With 16 years of experience in both residential/commercial design & construction, Karissa has had the pleasure to work in a wide array of design projects both locally & international. Karissa enjoys any opportunity to collaborate with her clients in order to achieve a successful end result.  

Troy joined the team as Director of Internal Operations in June 2022.  He comes to us with an extensive background in finance, investing and real estate.  His MBA from University of Colorado helps round out the team with his business acumen and attention to detail.
